Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order.
How long does it take?
Production takes 2-3 business days after design approval, followed by an estimated 7-15 business days for U.S. delivery. International delivery usually takes 10-20 business days after production.
What photo should I upload?
One clear, front-facing, well-lit photo per head. Whole face visible, eyes open. Avoid heavy filters, hats, and sunglasses.
Does it need batteries?
Solar first — a built-in panel makes it bob on its own in sunlight or bright light. Add AAA batteries for nonstop motion in dim spaces. Batteries not included.
What if I don't love it?
Lifetime remake promise. New photo or new body, re-made free — only a flat $7.90 tracked-shipping fee in the U.S. Arrives faulty? 100% on us.
