Custom & Personalized Items

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications and personal photos, all sales are final and items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Each piece is produced individually for you and cannot be restocked.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please email support@madeova.com as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will gladly arrange one of the following at no cost to you:

• A free remake of your item, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days, and the time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
