Thank you for shopping at Madeova (madeova.com), operated by Reliant Global Commerce LLC.
Final Design Approval & Production
Every Madeova item is custom-made using your photos and design preferences. We provide a digital preview for your review and will not begin production until you approve the final design.
Cancellations & Refunds Before Final Design Approval
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before approving the final design.
Your full refund includes the product price and any shipping charges paid for the cancelled order.
To request a cancellation, email support@madeova.com with your order number.
After Final Design Approval & Production Begins
Once you have approved the final design and your order has entered production, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind.
Please carefully review all photos, names, design details, and other personalization information before approving your final design.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design, please contact support@madeova.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will arrange one of the following at no cost to you:
• A free remake of your item, including shipping; or
• A full refund to your original payment method.
The restrictions on change-of-mind refunds do not apply to these issues. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Lifetime Fresh-Look Promise
Every Madeova custom wobbler is backed by our Lifetime Fresh-Look Promise for as long as you own it.
Free reprints and remakes:
If your printed photo or body panel fades or wears, or you would like a new photo, character, or look, we will reprint and remake it for free.
Shipping and handling:
A flat $7.90 shipping and handling fee applies per remake.
Accidental damage:
Damage caused by everyday accidental use is covered under the same $7.90 remake arrangement.
Rocking mechanism:
If the internal rocking mechanism fails under normal use, we will replace it under this Promise. The same shipping and handling fee applies.
To request a remake, email support@madeova.com with your original order number and, where relevant, a photo or your new design request.
This Promise provides reprints and remakes rather than cash refunds and is limited to the original purchaser. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
Cancellations before final design approval receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid for the cancelled order.
For other approved refunds, original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
