Processing Time

Because every item is custom-made, order processing and production typically take 3–7 business days after your design is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email after ordering.

Shipping Time

After production, standard delivery generally takes:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, or customs processing.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Because items are personalized, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@madeova.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
