Processing Time
Because every item is custom-made, order processing and production typically take 2-3 business days after your design is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email after ordering.
Shipping Time
After production, standard delivery generally takes:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, or customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping (United States)
- FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders with a subtotal of $49.00 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- A flat rate of $7.90 applies to U.S. orders under $49.00.
- The correct shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Shipping is based on your order subtotal after discounts, not the number of pieces. A single item qualifies for free U.S. standard shipping if the subtotal is $49.00 or more.
International Orders & Customs
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country; these charges are not included at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Because items are personalized, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@madeova.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
