Production takes 2-3 business days after you approve your design. Delivery time starts after production: usually 7-15 business days within the United States and 10-20 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping cost
U.S. standard shipping is free when the order subtotal is $49 or more after discounts and before tax. Below $49, U.S. standard shipping is $7.90. International shipping is calculated at checkout; import duties and taxes may apply.
We email tracking when your order ships. You may order without a photo and email it with your order number to support@madeova.com.
Custom orders & returns
Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can arrange a free remake or refund.
